REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Light Touches, I respect your time and mine. To ensure fairness for all clients, the following policies apply to all sessions and services.

Booking & Payment

• All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your session at no charge if you provide at least 24 Hours’ notice before your appointment.

• Rescheduling Policy: I understand that unexpected situations arise. As a goodwill gesture, each client is allowed one free last-minute reschedule (less than 24 Hours’ notice) per booking. After that, a rescheduling fee of [50]% of the session fee may apply. Rescheduling fees do not apply in cases of emergencies (such as illness or family crises).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before your session → Eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before your session → Eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a rescheduled session.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows → Non-refundable and cannot be credited, as that time was reserved exclusively for you (unless Emergency crisis - please see Emergencies policy above).

• If Light Touches must cancel or reschedule your session, you will receive the option of a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.

Emergencies & Special Circumstances

• I understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you have a true emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and we can discuss a one-time exception.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By booking a session, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you have any questions, please reach out before booking to ensure clarity.
